Bonnie brings a wealth of human resources management expertise to TAP after having spent 12 years in various human resources functions in the consulting and professional services industries. She was most recently at Deloitte where she was responsible for managing different HR efforts in areas including, Talent Business Advisory Services, Internal Mobility and Staffing, Recruiting and Talent Operations. She successfully led the career development and client engagement placements for Deloitte professionals and directly helped solidify the organization’s position as a leader for attracting and retaining top talent. Throughout her talent career, Bonnie partnered with business leaders to deliver innovative HR programs and solutions and has managed the HR operations of talent teams spanning the US and in India. Bonnie is an intuitive and innovative business partner known for her ability to positively shape and influence talent strategies and is a passionate leader focused on helping professionals find career opportunities and achieve career success.Earlier in her career, Bonnie served in various marketing roles, including marketing research and public relations.Bonnie earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. A native of Los Angeles, she currently resides in Charleston, SC. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids and being outside and staying active - walking, biking, hiking and beach activities. She loves traveling the world and meeting new people as often as possible.
