Tom is a supply chain and operations leader that drives operational efficiencies for profit and growth.  His niche is manufacturing integrations and factory turnarounds where he has utilized his expertise in process improvement and project management to deliver results as both a consultant and an Operations Director.  He has led 9 work transfers and consolidations domestically and internationally for two Fortune 100 companies and two startups.

Tom brings 16 years experience from the aerospace, medical device, high tech, and power generation industries.  He holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in engineering from the University of Colorado.  He earned certificates in lean six sigma from the Management and Strategy Institute, project management from the Project Management Institute, general management from the Ross School of Business, and product management from the Haas School of Business.
